Every IT-Call e-Trainee is urged to place e-Stage calls to other participant for collecting points and then being eligible to receive such calls or call as telemarketing agent for their own practices. e-Stage system works simply as follows:

  1. Member A chooses a topic and reads the brief scenario, then starts anonymous call to one of the available online Members, say to Member B
  2. Member B sees the scenario and within the time limit provided, s/he prepares themselves and answers the call
  3. The call will be based on the chosen unique scenario
  4. Member A and Member B carry out "call center" conversation which will be followed by a short assessment by both Member A and Member B (call center operator and client)

    IT-Call e-Stage Program is composed of 35 scenarios for each below sector from the simplest to more complicated. A clear short information/description in a few sentences are supplied to future call center operators and their acting clients:

    Member A is client and initiates the call for collecting points:

    • Telecommunication
    • Traveling (airlines, bus transportation, ships but excluding accommodation and restaurant services)

    Member A is client or operator and initiates the call for collecting points:

    • Banking
    • Insurance (Member A is client or operator and initiates the call for collecting points)

    Member A is operator and initiates the call for collecting points:

    • Telemarketing
